Miliojen LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates KioskConcierge (kioskconcierge.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when property owners ("Owners") and visitors ("Guests") interact with our platform and tablet kiosks.
2. Visitor Voice Interactions
Guest privacy is fundamental to our service:
- Ephemeral Processing: Voice audio is converted to text in real time in volatile memory solely to answer the guest's question.
- Zero Audio Storage: We do not record, save, store, or sell guest audio files. Audio streams are immediately discarded once the response is delivered.
- No Guest Registration: Guests are not required to provide names, emails, or personal details to use a tablet kiosk.
3. Payment Security (Stripe, Inc.)
Subscription billing ($50/month per property) is handled securely by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"):
- PCI-DSS Compliance: Payment details are encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe on PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure.
- No Credit Card Storage: Miliojen LLC servers do not store or collect raw credit card numbers or CVV codes.
- Stripe Privacy Policy: Payment handling is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
4. Owner Account Data & Location Services
For Property Owners using the dashboard:
- Account Info: We collect your email address for account access and authentication.
- Property Knowledge Base: We store property rules, Wi-Fi info, and venue details provided by you to serve your kiosk tablets.
- Geocoding: Property addresses are geocoded via Google Places API strictly to provide accurate local recommendations relative to your venue.
