These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KioskConcierge (kioskconcierge.com), operated by Miliojen LLC. By creating an account or activating a kiosk tablet, you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscription & Stripe Billing
- Pricing: KioskConcierge costs $50 / month per property location.
- 10-Day Trial: New properties receive an instant 10-day trial upon code creation without requiring a credit card.
- Automated Billing: Recurring monthly billing is processed securely via Stripe, Inc.. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Owner Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Device Activation & Hardware
- Activation Codes: Each activation code licenses one (1) physical tablet kiosk deployment per registered property location.
- Hardware Compatibility: KioskConcierge runs as a Progressive Web App on standard iPad OS, Android, and Windows tablet browsers. Subscribers provide their own tablet hardware.
- Thermal Protection: Tablet kiosks include automated Thermal Saver dimming after 120 seconds of inactivity to protect tablet displays and battery health.
4. Limitation of Liability
Miliojen LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local internet outages, third-party API service interruptions, or tablet hardware failures. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.
